Aspiring for a harmonious refinement of food choices

🌸The enthusiastic seeker goes in for an ambitious discipline of Satvik lifestyle without connecting to the Inner Presence, which seem to cause intense rebound cravings.
🌸We aspire to transition into harmonious food routine through Inner Awareness and Love.

Seeking to connect consciously to the Presence in the Physical

🌼Most often, the sincere spiritual aspirant sees the body as impermanence and eat to survive, so that the sadhana goes on.
🌼If only we could connect to The Divine Presence in the physical, the journey will be rather a living joy, than a mechanical discipline.

Aspiring to explore the different selves within and mother them

🌸This course shall enable us to explore the different selves (psychic, mental, vital, physical) in us, through the relationship with food and help us discover ways of nurturing each of them instead of ignoring their needs.

Evolve. Action. Community.

Holding Each Other Towards Consistency

With an utmost sincerity and heartfelt aspiration, completing the task of the day in a space held by Sangha is truly transformative. Hence, mandatory sangha calls, 1 with facilitator and 1 with sangha partner (30 mins each) every week are scheduled for all participants.

Learning by doing

Task of the Day In the Light of The Mother and Sri Aurobindo's works

Joyfully receive a very simple task of the day along with quotes and short notes by The Mother and Sri Aurobindo in context to the task. Deeply contemplating in the heart center on their words and beginning every task with deep sacredness is the key for our inner progress. Sangha calls with facilitators and sangha partners will be arranged to accelerate your consistency.

Guided Meditations Through Audio Notes

Simple guided meditations for conscious eating and connecting to the Presence in physical will deepen your relationship with food and body joyfully. These tasks are absolutely important and mandatory in this journey, since they shall determine the depth of our transformation.

  • Dr. Subhashree. S, MBBS

General Physician / Holistic Healing Companion

I am an allopathic doctor by profession, from Mumbai, India. My residency at college kindled questions in me, when suffering really didn't end with just medication. A deeper Truth to the Existence of life itself, unfolded for me with Integral yoga and Mother and Sri Aurobindo's works, on the true purpose of physical as an expression of the Divine. My journey inwards started with reversal of hypertension in my mother through conscious eating and Grace has been guiding ever since. I was a part of Savitri painting 5.0 aspired me to share the ways it unfolded and live my Inner Truth. 🤍 I built this practice lab "Annam - The Yoga Of Food" because the transition into a healthier food routine is what I deeply struggled with and learnt compassionate ways to transform the physical. This course is designed to bring us closer to the Presence in our physical that our transformation happens effortlessly when we hold our True aspiration. If you are a foodie aspiring to be healthy in even a small way or even if you are criticizing yourself a lot to give up attachments or aversions on food because of the aspiration for Truth, then this course is exactly for you.'🌼

  • Divyanshi Chugh

    Journey Guide

Divyanshi Chugh was studying Social Policy at University of Oxford, when she decided to come to Pondicherry. Through an year of intense inner churning at Oxford, Divyanshi decided to forgo the prospect of pursuing further studies from Cambridge and instead came to India to dive into Indian spiritual wisdom. She studied Integral Yoga Psychology from the works of The Mother and Sri Aurobindo from Indian Psychology Institute. The course in Pondicherry was a deeply transformative journey for her. However, after the course, she felt like she was sitting on a goldmine but did not know how to apply it in the world. In 2016, searching for how one can apply integral knowledge in life, in a way that transforms oneself as well as the collective, she came to Auroville. Today, she is seeking to apply her learnings in Auroville, through building and facilitating higher educational learning programmes & projects, founded in integral yoga psychology.

THIS IS A HUGE GRATITUDE POST!!🎉🎉🎊
This was one of the most exciting and enriching practice lab experiments that I got a chance to enroll myself in. This was the 'Culinary Arts' practice lab, facilitated by Smrati and organized by the Auroville. This practice lab was particularly invested in bringing in more sacredness and divinity in our food, eating habits and practices, and raising consciousness through food. This workshop comes practice lab brought in so much divinity, spirituality, and sacredness in my heart and soul that I had never heard before. It opened up pores in my heart and mind reclaiming that spirituality can be achieved through the most mundane and ordinary places of our kitchen and heart. The journey taught me mindfulness and beauty from within and in the moment.🌼
This journey or I should rather say, life-altering experience had brought in more clarity, balance, and resilience in my life I am truly grateful and blessed to Smrati for holding such a lovely and sacred space for all without any inhibitions!🍜🍳🍿🍓🍝
